Associate Director, Sales

About this Role

You will set the tone of the sales process in the company. You believe in moving fast and coming up with creative solutions to top problems. We are looking for a high-ownership, problem-solving individual who will be directly responsible for managing the company’s revenue. You should also have great motivational and organizational skills to get things done, goal-setting, strategy planning, and focused execution



  • Directly manage a team of BDM and be responsible for the overall sales team growth
  • Build and scale the team by 4x from the current strength
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead assignment to managing team performances
  • Oversee sales process, suggest improvements and drive efficiency initiatives to success
  • Set up dashboards for reporting, gap identification, and mitigating risks
  • Develop monthly/quarterly growth plans, budgets, and forecastsPlan compensation strategies to drive sales performance
  • Create a sustainable, scalable, and repeatable sales playbook
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and finance leaders to drive enrollment-centric project


  • At least 7 years of experience in a B2C sales team handling role
  • Managed a 3-tier (BDM/BDA/ Pre-sales) sales team
  • A strong background in Ed-tech Inside sales or consumer sales
  • You are data-driven and collaborate with other team members effectively
