Associate Director, Sales

We are looking for a high-ownership, problem-solving individual who will be directly responsible for managing the company’s revenue. You should also have great motivational and organizational skills to get things done, goal-setting, strategy planning, and focused execution

JOB PROFILE

Responsibilities-

  • Directly manage a team of BDM and be responsible for the overall sales team growth
  • Build and scale the team by 4x from the current strength
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead assignment to managing team performances
  • Oversee sales process, suggest improvements and drive efficiency initiatives to success
  • Set up dashboards for reporting, gap identification, and mitigating risks
  • Develop monthly/quarterly growth plans, budgets, and forecastsPlan compensation strategies to drive sales performance
  • Create a sustainable, scalable, and repeatable sales playbook
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and finance leaders to drive enrollment-centric project

Requirements-

  • At least 7 years of experience in a B2C sales team handling role
  • Managed a 3-tier (BDM/BDA/ Pre-sales) sales team
  • A strong background in Ed-tech Inside sales or consumer sales
  • You are data-driven and collaborate with other team members effectively
