Chirag Chadha

Chirag is a Partner at Elevation and drives early and growth-stage investments in Consumer Brands. Beyond Consumer, Chirag also focuses on Auto, Logistics, and Mobility.

At Elevation, Chirag has invested in companies like Country Delight, Wakefit, The Souled Store, SUGAR, Mosaic Wellness, Chaayos and Bliss Club. He enjoys supporting founders in discovering their true strengths and helping them transcend their companies into enduring institutions.

Chirag started out as an Analyst at Elevation in 2017. Before Elevation, he graduated from IIT Bombay, worked with ITC for a year, and took a shot at company building in his final year at college.

"I believe that India will see several new-age Consumer Brands get built over the next decade as discretionary incomes grow. I am continuously looking for brands that have a clear vision and are already demonstrating/chasing strong customer love.

I look for founders who are mission-driven since they have an unfair advantage. Having a clear mission leads to more tenacity, more passion, more feel for the product and market, and ultimately a higher probability of success.
Having been an entrepreneur in the past, I can relate to the uncertainty that founders encounter every day. As a partner to mission-driven founders, I believe my role is to add to their resilience by helping them think clearly and constantly reminding them about their mission.
