Vegrow, a B2B agri-tech platform for fruits and vegetables was founded in 2020 by IIT alumni, Praneeth Kumar, Shobhit Jain, Mrudhukar Batchu Vegrow and Kiran Naik. It is India's first agritech platform partnering with farmers to redefine and organize their supply, as well as standardize the supply chain through strategic partnerships. Despite being one of the largest sectors of the economy, the agriculture industry has been largely removed from digital disruptions. Vegrow’s aim is to make a tangible difference in the agri-tech sector by following a farmer-focused approach, creating value for the farmer community and ensuring quality produce for customers.
