Kady Srinivasan

Kady Srinivasan is a sophisticated leader and expert strategist; who has been recognized over several years as one of the world’s top 20 Chief Marketing Officers. Kady has spent her 20+ year career creating momentum and movement by inspiring and rallying others towards her vision of bringing substantial ideas to life. Kady is an expert in GTM, having executed and scaled multiple GTM motions including PLG and SLG across sales, marketing and BD. Kady is currently the Chief Marketing officer at $1B publicly traded company, Lightspeed Ecom Inc., where she directly reports to the CEO.

Prior to her time at Lightspeed Ecom, she was the Head of Marketing at Klaviyo scaling them from $200 to $600M, in the fast expansion period of Klaviyo history. Prior to Klaviyo she was at Dropbox, a part of the team that took the company public.

Kady received her marketing-concentrated MBA from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where she was presented the Leadership Excellence Award. She received her bachelor's degree from R.V. (Rashtreeya Vidyalaya) College of Engineering, an autonomous private technical college established in Bangalore, India.
