Sanskar Jain

Sanskar focuses on early-stage investments in Enterprise AI at Elevation and is based in San Francisco.

Prior to joining Elevation, Sanskar was the Cofounder of Entvin, a Y Combinator-backed startup, where he built AI agents for pharmaceutical companies across the United States, Europe, and India. Before that, he was the Chief of Staff at andMe, an e-commerce startup that was acquired by GlobalBees (ecommerce unicorn).

Sanskar holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay. Having experienced the startup journey firsthand as both an operator and founder, he is passionate about partnering with ambitious entrepreneurs from the earliest stages and supporting them as they build category-defining AI companies.

The best founders don't start with a company idea, they start with a problem they can't stop thinking about. Having been on the other side of the table, I care less about polished narratives and more about founder obsession, speed of learning, and the ability to keep moving when nothing is working

What I enjoy most about investing is getting to work with exceptional founders before the rest of the world knows who they are. Building a startup taught me that the early days are often messy, uncertain, and full of moments where conviction matters more than certainty. I am excited by founders who see the world differently, are obsessed with a problem, and are willing to spend years pursuing it.
The chance to spend time with such founders, learn alongside them, and contribute in small but meaningful ways as they build enduring companies is what makes this work so exciting for me.
