Anoushka Arya

Anoushka focuses on early stage consumer-tech investments at Elevation. She graduated with a B.Tech. degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from IIT Delhi, and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Anoushka spent her summers at Bain & Co. as an Associate Consultant Intern and as a part of the Growth Team at multiple consumer startups. She also led IITD’s social entrepreneurial society, where she helped build an organic-focused startup that uplifted the tribal groups in Madhya Pradesh, economically and socially.

Founders shouldn’t be viewed through an ordinary lens, for they possess the rare ability to create unprecedented impact on an unimaginable scale.

The dedication, hard work, and passion that founders put into their ideas are incredibly inspiring to me. Being able to make a meaningful impact in these remarkable journeys right from day one is truly exhilarating, and it's this excitement that drives my dedication to being a part of the firm.
