Dhruv Jain

Dhruv focuses on investments in Enterprise AI, software and services. Prior to Elevation, he was an investor at General Atlantic, B Capital and Bertelsmann India Investments after dabbling as a founder and having worked with a few early companies. Dhruv is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and BITS.

Great companies are built before they’re obvious. In that fog, the only non-negotiable is grit and drive, rest everything falls into place.

Working with founders is a privilege, to be invited in when the idea is still rough and the whiteboard ink is barely dry. What excites me at Elevation is that it’s Day 1 again and again: the first customer conversation, the first key hire, the first version that ships not because it’s perfect but because it matters.
Seen so many journey's up close, I know every build is its own puzzle. My job is to listen hard and show up where it actually matters. If we can help make the next week faster and the next decision clearer, that's us doing our job at helping founders succeed in what they do best - change the world.
