Subham Mohanty

Based in Bengaluru, Subham focuses on building AI agents and workflows at Elevation Capital, working with teams to embed AI into everyday operations. His work ranges from automating routine tasks to designing systems that make decision-making faster, smarter, and easier to scale.

Earlier, Subham spent nearly three years at LongShot AI, where he grew from a Software Engineer to an AI Engineer, leading efforts around AI agents, RAG pipelines, evals and large language model operations. He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from KIIT University
