Vaibhav Chowdhury

Vaibhav focuses on early-stage investments at Elevation across Social, Content, Logistics, Mobility, and Consumer Brands. Previously, he was working in strategic planning and operations at Meesho, where he supported the CEO's office in driving the company's growth trajectory. Prior to that, he served as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he worked across a wide spectrum of industries, ranging from Infrastructure, including Roads and Airports, to Consumer Goods, such as Dairy and Alcoholic Beverages.

Vaibhav holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). Outside work, he is into football, reading and swimming.

I really enjoy working alongside visionary founders from the earliest stages of their entrepreneurial journey, witnessing the birth of groundbreaking companies. Entrepreneurs have the sharp ability of distilling a core consumer insight usually by being “Customer First” and “Problem First”. I love working with founders in identifying these insights and partnering with them in their pursuit of creating and delivering value.

As an early stage investor, the most rewarding aspect of my work is meeting tenacious, passionate, and driven founders on a daily basis. Each day, I am inspired by the boundless possibilities that the future holds - fuelled by the unwavering determination of founders. Having a front row seat to all of it unravelling and getting the opportunity to partner with them is the icing on the cake !!
