Vartika Bansal
Based in Bengaluru, Vartika leads Elevation’s AI adoption initiatives, partnering with portfolio companies to embed AI across the org—from augmenting workflows and decision-making to building AI-native operating cultures that compound advantage.
A two-time founder backed by Elevation, she built Floik, an AI-driven digital adoption platform used by 8,000+ users across 120 countries before its acquisition by a global SaaS company, and PING, a pioneering community-commerce platform. Earlier, she helped launch and scale Uber Eats in India (South India & Sri Lanka P&L) and co-founded OYO Flagship, taking it from concept to 1,000+ rooms across 10 cities in eight months. Vartika holds a BTech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Stanford GSB.
AI isn’t just about building smarter products—it’s about reimagining how entire organizations think, operate, and scale.
"At Elevation, I’m here to help founders move from experiments to execution. Having built and scaled products myself, I know ambition needs hands-on enablement—playbooks, workflows, and measurable outcomes. I’m all in on making that happen: partnering from day one, treating every founder as one of one, and putting AI to work in the everyday ways teams operate and ship."
