In his previous roles at Pesto Tech and FarEye, he had established and led their talent acquisition verticals. Dipesh is an engineering graduate and holds an MBA in International Business. When he’s not working, he enjoys reading or learning a new skill.

The excitement to contribute to the talent needs of the companies is what keeps me going. It is always gratifying to see how that one hire impacts the growth of an organization. More than the skills, the bigger challenge is to match the mindset of the talent with the founders. The part of my role where I help the individual understand how a particular role is a unique match for them personally, is what I love the most.
